FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
I try and process orders once a week, and you will receive an email saying your order is being packed. It usually takes me a couple of days to pack and ship after you receive that email.
If you did not receive any kind of confirmation email you might not have entered an email address at checkout. Sometimes customers phone numbers auto populate instead. You might have received a text. 
Pre-sale items will have an estimated processing/ship date on the product page.
International orders take longer to arrive, of course, and could possibly be subject to a non-refundable customs fee imposed by your government. We do not charge VAT. If you country requires VAT fees the customer will be responsible for that fee.



I RECEIVED A DELIVERY NOTICE BUT DIDN'T ACTUALLY RECEIVE MY SHIRT!
It's weird and I don't know why it happens, but it usually shows up the next day or two. If you're an international customer and tracking says it's out for delivery but you haven't seen it yet, then it might be held up in customs, and is waiting for you at your local post office to pay for it.
Otherwise, if you live in an apt building with a wall of mailboxes the carrier might've stuck it in the wrong box so keep an eye out for a neighbor with a new shirt! Or just ask them if they got your package by mistake. You're always welcome to email me about it as well.


DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving your shirt. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be in original condition and must have no visible or odorous signs of wear or use. Email me to initiate a return. Customer covers cost of return.
Once the shirt is received I'll issue a refund, or we can figure out a replacement for you if what you need is in stock. Presale items are made to order so there aren't usually alternate items available.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you messed up your order and it hasn't been shipped yet I can cancel it and refund you so that you can order again and get the correct size/item if it's in stock. Unfortunately I can't go in and edit orders.


I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?
You can exchange your shirt for the correct size, within two weeks of receiving your shirt, and if the correct size is in stock. Sizing info is listed on each product page and in the product pic carousel, so please be sure to check that out before ordering. Customer will cover the return shipping costs.

All sales are final for accessories (patches, pins, scarves, wall hangings, posters, stickers).

 

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!

When you order is processed a shipment notification with tracking information is sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order. Be sure to check tracking, it may just be late. RRR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

MY STUFF IS DAMAGED!
Sorry, I'm not responsible for items damaged in-transit. Once they leave my hands it's the post office's responsibility to get you your stuff safe and sound. If I accidentally sent an item with a defect or a misprint that's different, definitely reach out to arrange an exchange or refund.
