FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
You'll get a confirmation email when I process the order, letting you know a label has been made and now you're just waiting on me to pack it.
It's just me here, and I have a dayjob, so I tend to ship in-stock items once a week.Usually on Saturdays.
If you ordered a presale item it usually takes 2-3 weeks to produce them, pack them, and then ship them. Some tees have custom tags sewn in, so that adds to production time as well.
International orders take longer to arrive, of course, and could possibly be subject to a non-refundable customs fee imposed by your government.
I RECEIVED A DELIVERY NOTICE BUT DIDN'T ACTUALLY RECEIVE MY SHIRT!
It's weird and I don't know why it happens, but  3 times out of 5 it shows up the next day or two. If you're an international customer and tracking says it's out for delivery but you haven't seen it yet, then it might be held up in customs, and it waiting on you to show up and pay for it.
Otherwise, if you live in an apt building with a wall of mailboxes the carrier might've stuck it in the wrong box so keep an eye for a neighbor with a new shirt! Or just ask them if they got your package by mistake. You're always welcome to email me about it as well.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
Defective or misprinted shirts can be returned for a replacement or refund. Email me for a return label.
Once the shirt is received I'll issue a refund, or we can figure out a replacement for you if what you need is in stock.
Due to their personal nature, masques can not be returned or exchanged.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you messed up your order and it hasn't been shipped yet I can cancel it and refund you so that you can order again and get the correct size/item if it's in stock. Unfortunately I can't go in and edit orders.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?
I can exchange the UNWASHED and UNWORN shirt if the correct size is in stock. But no refunds, sorry, sizing info is listed on each product page, so please be sure to check that out before ordering.
All sales are final for accessories (patches, pins, scarves, wall hangings, stickers).
